Pay Range:
$45,000-$52,000/year (based on experience) Location:
Mansfield, MA / Chelmsford, MA / Concord, NH potential hybrid opportunity available AFTER POSITIVE 90-DAY REVIEW Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM, NO overtime Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure projects are funded once completed Working and communicating with multiple departments to better understand status of each project Resolving any issues related to your projects Advancing projects through the process Customer relationship management Ability to manage up to 100 to 150 projects simultaneously Minimum
Qualifications:
Customer service experience (at least 2 years) Accounts/project management (at least 2 years) Outstanding problem solving skills Prioritizing multiple tasks assigned to you Preferred
Qualifications:
Bilingual Construction management Knowledge of solar energy and other renewables Knowledge of Google Workspace, CRM, and Zoho Preferred Qualities / Skills Positive attitude Team player and working in a collaborative environment Time management Working in a fast paced environment Detail oriented and organizational skills PSLs are eligible for a Quarterly bonus schedule up to $2,000 per quarter based on performance.
There is $1,500 based on accuracy of the position, and up to $500 for positive customer reviews.
