Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager provides leadership, expertise, communication, quality control, and guidance for the market's development projects.
The role provides value to the market organization by ensuring consistent high quality and timely delivery of operational and project-based activities.
Core operational responsibilities include ensuring consistent processes, reporting, forecasting, and data integrity for the market buildout.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Manage small to large project deliverables, including tracking and reporting of project deliverables as well as data integrity, processes, best practices, updated forecasting and business support functions Maintain in-depth knowledge of the entire program, developing and building out content for regular Executive Market Review presentations Provide solutions to various roadblocks while considering optimal outcomes for upstream and downstream impacts Define and examine solutions/processes with the involvement of stakeholders and implement them with methods to measure and maintain their control Work effectively with internal team to ensure program alignment across all market disciplines (Site Acquisition, Transport, Construction, or RF) Work effectively with central operations groups that provide implementation input across a variety of functions (real estate, regulatory, transport, etc.
) Escalate any issues that are non-standard to leadership for resolution Ensure forecasted vendor deliverables are logical and timely Interface closely with RF, A&E, site acquisition and construction to provide critical information and documentation for site development; maintain relationships with peers and national support teams to identify and share best practices Ensure NexsysOne data integrity and takes action to resolve with the appropriate job owner Maintain financial forecast and PO integrity Manage and direct daily development meeting with cross functional teams and vendors Administer MCSAs for the market service providers Identify and communicate critical path items to shorten overall project timelines Skills, Experience and RequirementsThe successful Project Manager will have:
Minimum 3
years' work experience in wireless site development or similar project management experience in real estate development or telecommunications/technology deployment activities End-to-end knowledge of all market functions including site acquisition, transport, construction, as well as a good understanding of common wireless program issues Proficiency managing forecasts for all program milestones and knowledge of upstream and downstream impacts to timelines as well as interdisciplinary domino effects for each type of issue that is encountered Proficiency in communicating, orally and written, with all levels of the organization including executive leadership and external stakeholders Demonstrated experience in working effectively with teams, preferred skills of influencing others and managing and motivating teams of employees with multiple functional competencies Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience in a fast-paced site deployment / launch environment experience ideal Able to create presentations and present information summarizing the status of projects to all levels, including executive management; able to oversee small group meetings and present process/policy issues Able to manage and interpret large amounts of data and assess opportunities and communicate risk and suggest mitigation plans High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite tools, data analysis tools and project tracker creation/management Salary Range Compensation:
$66,010.
00/Year - $94,300.

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
