Our main goals focus on increasing manufacturing throughput, improving client technology adoption, contextualizing data, and driving process and product quality into all facets of the manufacturing process.
You will be a part of the Enterprise Solutions group which supports the plant floor manufacturing operations technologies including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), data contextualization, and manufacturing scheduling in the Life Sciences industry.
You will support clients across the nation and globally, both on-site and remote; however, as a New England based company, we pride ourselves on our ability to serve our clients locally.
You will receive wide level of exposure to all aspects of modern manufacturing related to MES and level 3 plant floor operations.
This team is often on the cutting edge of the industry change working in partnership with both startups and well-established manufacturing facilities building Greenfield facilities, transitioning and upgrading from legacy systems, and expansion of existing facilities.
The RoleWe are actively recruiting for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer II to work in a collaborative team environment to implement, configure and verify software solution for companies seeking to improve the efficiency of their product development and manufacturing processes.
You are expected to continuously improve your technical skills through interaction with Senior Engineers, Project Leads, and Solution Architects during development and implementation of software deliverables and the peer review process.
You will be responsible for implementing the configuration necessary to solve complex problems in areas of expertise with some guidance to meet the project requirements for the project to which you are assigned.
What Youll Do Develop and implement configurations for manufacturing execution systems.
Perform testing of projects being prepared for deployment Partner with technical SMEs to develop a holistic solution with digital platforms and technologies supported by NECI Provide uncompromising quality to all work processes in designated area of responsibility Frequently provide contributions as a participant in meetings with internal and external stakeholders Stop those work processes at any time it is believe that quality is being compromised Team Lead for MES activities and strategy for small to medium projectsCareer Development and Learning Plan Serve as technical subject matter expert (SME), and mentor to advise project team.
Partner with technical SMEs to develop a holistic solution with digital platforms and technologies supported by NECI Collaborate with Project Leadership to ensure project budget, schedule and quality Collaborate with Project Leadership to ensure planned outcomes are achieved Develop connections in the industry and speak at events Responsible for customer facing technical communications Author functional specifications and other design documents following NECI standards or guidelines provided by Principal Engineers or Solution ArchitectsWhat Youll Bring Conferred Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or the Applied Sciences:
Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology or their scientific equivalent 4
years of MES engineering experience Solid engineering technical and conceptual problem-solving foundation Highly organized with critical attention to details, along with good time and priority task management Some understanding of networking, virtualization, VMware, or equivalent Required Technologies and Systems Primary:
MES, Syncade or equivalent Secondary:
VMWare, MATLAB, SQL, Reporting Systems (XSLT, Crystal Reports, SSRS), and Windows Administration Related:
DeltaV, ERP, LIMS Strong communication skills in two parts:
