OVERVIEW Performs basic materials handling, housekeeping and warehousing including the ability to calculate and document transactions on a daily basis.
Helps lift and position materials for production.
Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment.
Maintains a safe, clean and organized work environment.
Identifying workplace safety hazards.
Able to progress and learn to operate manufacturing equipment.
Adhering to safety management standards.
Adhering to production schedules.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Flexibility to work overtime including weekends.
Must be able to work and cooperate as part of a team.
Ability to use math and understand and calculate measurements, fractions and weight scales and document accordingly.
Ability to manage paperwork (read schedules, update schedules, etc.
) Ability to read and understand measurement down to 1/16.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function.
Potential to produce quality product safely and efficiently.
