In the Support Specialist role, you will:
- Assist Leadership Team with day-to-day operational tasks - Coordinate marketing initiatives and engage with client databases - Manage transactions, files and compliance documents - Provide clerical support including scheduling and correspondence - Work alongside Leaders & Agents as an integral part of the Team
Qualifications:
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, CRM systems & technology tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Social Media knowledge/proficiency (ie Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) - Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities - Previous Admin, Support Staff or Customer Service experience preferred - MA Real Estate License preferred (or willing to obtain) We offer a flexible schedule in a dynamic environment.
You'll earn pay (plus bonuses), while gaining hands-on experience in real estate.
