Quality Control Lead

Responsibilities:
Conduct visual inspections and measurements of the products to ensure that they meet the required quality standards and specifications. Perform testing on products to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Record and document quality results using computer software and other tools. Communicate with production operators, process techs, packers and other quality personnel to address quality issues and concerns. Collaborate with the Quality Lead to implement and manage the corrective action process when quality issues arise. Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a quality control position in a manufacturing production facility. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to identify and analyze quality issues. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
