Payroll Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities:

Works closely with the Benefits Technology Implementation Lead to ensure that all projects are running on schedule and that Project Coordinator is kept in the loop of all progress or outstanding requests or tasks are being tackled Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within our project implementation timelines Remain engaged with client throughout implementation, until client is successfully and cleanly transferred to Client Services Routinely interact/collaborate with HRK Implementation Team in a helpful and productive manner Exchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness and issues as they arise and keep all conversations, timelines and project plans up to date in Asana Document the Implementation process and keep checklist and project plans up-to-date; keep all conversations, timelines and project plans up to date in Asana Attends all new client Welcome Calls and Internal Client Launches as well as weekly Implementation Meetings Implement HRK s full service and/or standalone solutions following HRK guidelines, and in accordance with client expectations Work with client to help them streamline their payroll process and improve automation and efficiency Process payrolls for new clients to ensure all parts are functioning smoothly Works closely and strategically with Implementation Leads to determine the internal and external resources required to implement client projects and identify areas of on-going improvement Establishes strong working relationship with ADP to ensure that we are able to navigate the complexities of their organization to meet our clients needs Works with Implementation Leads to ensure client has been provided appropriate ADP Training. Collaborates with Client Account Managers to transition new clients to service team Provides Client Account Managers with detailed processing notes and communicates and trains Client Services regarding any client payroll items and nuances including items such time and attendance and PTO, 401(k) changes, and more Maintain regular and punctual attendance

Qualifications

Four-year degree or equivalent relevant experience At least 3 to 5 years of previous work experience in ADP implementation, project management, ADP payroll processing or otherwise related fields Developed computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and project management software Excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, strong administrative and analytical skills Reliable with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt at prioritizing responsibilities and tasks to effectively meet deadlines Personable, a good listener and can effectively communicate with all staff and client types through both written and verbal means Works efficiently both independently and as a member of a larger team Willing and flexible to help with any urgent issues that happen to arise at the company, even if they are outside the immediate scope of the role



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
