Communications is responsible for defining, shaping and executing communication strategies in support of the company's business objectives, image and reputation for both internal and external stakeholders.?


Communications Business Partner


Communications Business Partners are responsible for the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies and messaging that is clear and effective in engaging internal and external company stakeholders in support of business strategies and initiatives. The role:?



  • Demonstrates and applies advanced knowledge of communications principles and methodologies

  • Counsels and collaborates with business leaders and stakeholders, to execute strategies/plans that meet business needs

  • Develops effective messaging strategies to support the needs of the business in conjunction with internal and/or external resources

  • Demonstrates and applies knowledge of communication measurement against objectives and deliverables

  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills


Roles and Responsibilities



  • Serves as communications strategist to Medical Solutions leadership and team

  • Works directly with Medical Solutions leaders to provide executive positioning, internal and external communications support, and thought leadership guidance

  • Provides guidance to leaders on effective communication and provides genuine, meaningful feedback

  • Creates and implements integrated communication plans, tied to Medical Solutions strategic priorities and aligned with Medical Segment and company priorities

  • Seeks and maintains comprehensive understanding of the Medical Solutions business ?



  • Works collaboratively across the Communications team to execute communications in an aligned approach

  • Creates and delivers internal communications content, including but not limited to leadership email communications; podcasts; videos; news and announcements; speechwriting and presentations, including PowerPoint presentations, and executive positioning.

  • Manages and produces employee communication events, such as town hall meetings, senior leadership meetings and national sales meetings

  • Acts as leader on business-specific issues and contributes to and supports the company?s crisis communication and business continuity plans

  • Identifies and uses appropriate digital and face-to-face communication channels for message/content delivery

  • Develops and maintains effective working relationships with any outside agencies and consultants

  • Demonstrates expert understanding of contemporary communication vehicles, tools and measurement processes

  • Able to communicate with all levels internally and externally; builds constructive relationships across the organization and builds trust and rapport with internal and external partners

Qualifications



  • Bachelor?s degree in related field required

  • 5-8 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, media relations and executive positioning

  • Experience working with senior executives

  • Strong writer and editor

  • Comfortable with accountability for both strategic and tactical deliverables

  • Digital experience preferred

  • Demonstrated consultative communications experience

  • Interpersonal skills working as a member of a collaborative team

  • Healthcare experience preferred, specifically in medical products

  • Ability to travel up to 15%

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
