Manager, Demand Planning

Accountabilities The demand planning manager will be a critical role as we transform our organization. Cardinal Health is in the midst of rolling out a best in class demand planning team as well as consolidating 3 large organizations into one. This role will give you the opportunity to drive change and implement new processes and systems for the demand planning team. This role has management responsibility and you'll have access to key stakeholders across functions and geographies. Act as a change agent who provides direction for demand planners. Manage a team of 3-5 demand planners Improve standard processes, metrics and system use. Analyze root cause for forecast miss and provide direction on improvement areas Meet forecast accuracy and bias targets Improve demand review cycles with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Sales, and Finance Continue to develop and implement demand and S&OP best practices Ability to hire, train and mentor additional planning team members Partner with existing supply-chain, manufacturing partners to improve forecast accuracy, reduce inventory and improve on-time delivery of production. Manage the global forecasting process Develop and evolve business processes, foster continual improvements, and assist in standardization and goal attainment. Lead the global demand planning and improvement initiatives Ad hoc analysis as required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required MBA or other advanced degree, preferred 3+ years of demand planning experience APICS certified, preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to meet deadlines Must maintain professional competence, ethical integrity, knowledge, and skills. Ability to think out of the box and propose innovative solutions / approaches. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
