You will be responsible for helping our contracted unions such as police, teachers, firefighters, and nurses, by providing them with info on what benefits they qualify for through their union. (We work with unions like the Boston Teachers Union, MMA, local 7, etc...) Compensation- $60,000 to $75,000 Annually +

Flexible hours! Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a plus!
Ability to build rapport with clients
